Our 5 star Guesthouse hosts a limited number of weddings each year. Couples often hold both their ceremony in our grdens and their reception as well. We accommodate up to 40 seated or up to 90 for a less formal function. Just 1km from Berry but a wonderful rural setting for your special day. no packages, just personal service.

Guest House

Broughton Mill Farm Guesthouse in berry was purpose built and have been open since 2000. We have 3 acres of established gardens and parkland, a solar heated swimming pool, tennis court, permanent creek, chickens (fresh eggs), vegetable and fruit gardens at our Guesthouse.

There are 5 luxury suites all rated 5 stars by AAA Tourism that are fully appointed and private. The Guesthouse also has a dining room (max 40 seated, lounge, library, bar area andterraces in a formal garden setting with fountain and hedges.

We are not licenced so you can bring your own drinks, we serve them for you and you take home what you do not use! Much better than so called "packages" that include drinks.
Only holding 10 or so weddings a year means that each wedding we hold is a very special and well crafted event that is not just part of a production line of weddings.

The catering is done by us or our caterer, we do not have other caterers, sorry, far too many opportunities for errors and misunderstandings with other caterers.

Our Rates

Our rates are approx: $2,200 venue hire; $550 each for 5 suites for two nights accommodation that includes breakfasts and then the food and staff are quoted depending on what we jointly decide. as an example we can provide a wonderful casual reception for 80 guests, including staff costs for approx $6,500 - just $81.25 per guest. All prices mentioned include GST.

Our rates include a host of extras including glassware, napery, signing table, crockery, cutlery and much more.
