Your amounts of food is small, but as funny as it sounds, you will not be hungry because if your body needs more, it will go to the fat stores and use it up. This is how you will lose your fat. When your body is ready, you will get a re-feeding program and this is where you will learn what agrees with you and what doesn't, what foods trigger weight gain and what you can have in moderation. So you will be able to keep your weight in control.
