Sparkling Belle Makeup Artistry & Hair is owned and operated by Angela Skinner a professional makeup artist in Perth since 2003. Angela trained with The Sharryn Sinclair Styling team under Sharryns guidance for 2 years. In this time she actively worked in the bridal industry, magazine shoots, glamour photography, schools balls, events and special occasion makeup.

Angela has freelanced for the last 9 years, specialising in Bridal Makeup.

Angela decided to form her new company Sparkling Belle – Makeup Artistry & Hair after many requests for work that she was already booked for and said to herself I wish I had more of me. Expanding the business from Perth to Broome, Margaret River, Albany and Adelaide after many requests from these areas. Angela has personally handpicked her artists in these areas to join her team.

Angela also personally trains her makeup artists to her high standard and style so therefore she really was producing more than 1 or her. The same goes for her hairstylists in her team she knew the quality and versatility that is needed as a stylists and she ensures her stylists are skilled in the latest trends with quarterly workshops. All the artists in Sparkling Belle have extensive bridal experience and have the client’s best interests at heart.

Sparkling Belle has sourced the best artists in your City. Each team in each city are regularly kept up to date with the latest looks and product knowledge.
