The one and two bedroom apartments are located on the first level and have easy access to the heated saltwater pool and barbecue area. For larger families the spacious three bedroom apartments are on the second level and have a stylish mezzanine master suite. All 16 apartments are fully self-contained, individually furnished and comfortable, with reverse cycle air-conditioning.

Recently stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly, great location only a short stroll into town and a short stroll to the beach. The apartment was modern, clean, tidy and spacious and we had a little court yard with a gate opening up into the backstreet which was handy when we went to the beach. The Apartment would be ideal for families with small children. The swimming pool and BBQ area is well maintained and well designed for an evening BBQ and swim. Would definitely recommend Mariner Bay Apartments to anyone wanting a getaway to Byron Bay.

The rooms were excellent, clean and well appointed. They are so close to the main shops and beach it makes it an easy walk.The pool was heated and the gardens were well maintained. They looked after us with the wi-fi giving us ample amount for our stay. Can't wait for our next stay.
